Its large 83 mm tempered-steel flat burrs and heavy-duty 630 W motor deliver fast, uniform grinding at approximately 4.2 g/s, making it ideal for continuous espresso service. Burrs are rated for up to 800 kg of coffee, ensuring long-term durability and dependable performance under heavy use.

Designed for efficient workflow, the E8 OD features a bright 2.8” touchscreen for easy programming, maintenance tracking, and secure settings control. Stepless micrometric grind adjustment allows baristas to dial in with extreme precision, while direct access to the grinding chamber (with optional Lock & Load system) simplifies cleaning and burr changes without losing calibration. LED outlet lighting, an adjustable portafilter fork, front refill button, and an internal cooling fan make the E8 OD exceptionally user-friendly in busy bar environments.
