Honey Drop

Palette:

Honey Mango opens it, sticky honey sweetness with ripe mango close behind, then stone fruit moves through the middle, apricot and peach skin, before Marshmallow closes it out soft and round with no sharp edges anywhere. It's the classic, friendly cup coffee people already love, except the acidity is turned up bright and snappy, the same familiar comfort just wide awake.

Profile:

Honey Drop runs an extended Maillard roast, more time building sugar before the beans hit first crack, so the honey and marshmallow sweetness comes from the roast, never added after. The coffees inside rotate with the harvest calendar, current formula and percentages live on this page, but the build stays the same: composed on purpose for the classic, friendly side of the coffee, acidity pushed toward lively.

Our approach to both sourcing and roasting is that every coffee has to be good enough to stand on its own. No blenders, no base coffees, no filler. We take that same approach to roasting and preparation methods. All of our coffees are excellent in nearly every brew method from pour over to espresso.

That being said we have our preferences and so we label our coffees with Espresso, Filter or Omni as a quick way to guide you.

    My favorite coffee

Torque had been my favorite local coffee for the past 2 years. My go to is honey drop. Their customer service is excellent and they always had nice packaging, however, recently it leveled up.

    Wrong Coffee Delivered

Very disappointed with the customer service. I received the wrong coffee beans due to their mistake and emailed immediately with photo proof, but it’s been a full week with no response. I even sent a follow-up and still heard nothing. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating.
