Founded in 1940 in El Cuarenteño, Nayarit, BASILIO is a family-run cooperative of 33 farmers cultivating Mondo Novo, Caturra, and Criollo varieties at 1,020 meters elevation. Over 12 years of partnership, their quality has improved dramatically. Operating the Sandia Wet Mill, they process washed coffees while navigating climate-driven production fluctuations of 50,000-150,000 kg annually, achieving market stability through exceptional quality focus.
